Govberg Watch Repair truly appreciates your business and is dedicated to your continued satisfaction and loyalty. We issue a 12-month Govberg Jewelers warranty for each movement service performed by our technicians. If a problem arises with your watch during the 12-month period following our initial services, we will repair or replace any damaged parts and/or correct the repair execution. The Govberg Watch Repair warranty does not cover parts we did not service, basic service on quartz watches, lost parts, collision and water damage, nor defects and damages due to normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover moisture damage if the timepiece is a non-water-resistant model, nor if the timepiece was not pressure certified by our watchmakers. The warranty is considered void if there is evidence of misuse, abuse or negligence resulting in damage, including unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
Fine watches, like any other precision instrument, require periodic service to maintain their high performance. Govberg Watch Repair recommends that your timepiece be serviced every three to five years.
In order to benefit from this guarantee, you will be required to submit the original repair number and proof of work executed. You will additionally need to submit the previously repaired watch to the Govberg Watch Repair facility for evaluation by our watchmaker. Should all the conditions of this warranty be met, your timepiece will be resubmitted for prompt servicing.
