Stem & Crown Replacement

If your watch’s stem and crown are damaged, water resistance may be compromised and attempting to wind your watch may cause internal damage. A new crown will restore the watch’s appearance, prevent the watch’s delicate movement from being disturbed, and will insure the appropriate level of water resistance. When a new stem or crown is required, our watchmakers will do the following:

  • Disassemble the watch and remove the movement from the case
  • Detach the stem and/or crown from the movement
  • Replace the stem and/or crown with identical, factory approved parts to ensure the watch’s appearance does not change and the watch performs to factory specifications
  • Reinstall the movement into the case
  • Time test the watch to ensure its accuracy

About the repair
I was speechless when my vintage Tissot was returned. The watch looked the same as it did the day I bought it back in July 1965! Your refurb was outstanding.

My Rolex GMT looks awesome. You guys did a great job polishing the case. I held it up next to a case that has never been polished and I can't tell the difference. Really impressed!
Will P. - Anacortes, WA

I received my Omega watch back the other day. Very nice return case, watch looks like brand new!

My watch was delivered on time and I am pleased with all aspects of your customer service, especially the quick turn around. My Gucci watch has a ‘like new’ appearance and it is running beautifully.  Thanks for an excellent job.  I have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone.

A lot of trust is involved sending an expensive watch for repair. This was a good experience...I am happy with the work.

I am very appreciative of the job completed on my Omega Seamaster. I have had it for close to 15 years and it looks and works like new. The professional process for order processing, inquiring and material handling is by far the best I have ever experienced.
John - Mount Pleasant, SC
