After inspecting my Breitling under an illuminated 20x loupe, I would rank the repair as 100...no lint, dust, fingerprints or anything such. The hands line up perfectly, the finish on the case and bracelet are as factory. The bezel rotates with an appropriate amount of drag, in other words, the o-rings are properly installed and lubricated... the the watch has managed to keep accuracy to an approximately .2 second loss, well within COSC specification.
