I want to thank you for sending me a new watch. Or, maybe you made it look like a new one! Earlier this year, I sent the watch to the Cartier facility in Texas and they came back with estimates for needed repairs in a sort of laundry list — with no real explanation as to why a specific part needed replacement. I had them return the watch.  I appreciated the detail you gave as to why something needed to be done. Should the occasion arises in future, I will most certainly recommend your firm. Thank you.
